“I mainly work with kids during the after-school program at Springboard, but I also am in charge of Boys Lit, which is a part of LitWorld where we try to teach kids the importance of literature and the impact it can have on a young child’s life.”

“I feel like I’m making an impact with the  kids and within the community. Teaching them things, like literature, of which I am very fond, it’s nice to see a child and know that you are making an impact on their lives by simply teaching and encouraging them on an intellectual and emotional level.”
